用8格格烤的紫薯迷你小土司^^(中種+冷藏法)材料:中種麵團:高粉100g酵母1t水70g(冷藏1晚)主麵團:高粉250g鮮奶油30cc糖30g蛋1顆鹽1t牛奶170cc酵母1/2T油50g餡料:紫薯1條(中)糖適量,油1T做法:中種麵團與主麵團(油除外)混合揉成團,揉至光滑再加油揉至出筋,裝入朔膠帶綁緊(預留一點空間)放冷藏1天,室溫回溫1小時,即可分割包餡整型,後發30分鐘,烤箱200度預熱10分鐘,入烤箱時轉180度烤25分!
